If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can use the appointment for another patient. If you miss more than 2 appointments and give less than 24 hours’ notice you may be charged a failed appointment fee; We may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you dental care in the future.
We have listened to your comments and requests regarding a cheaper and more affordable way to pay for your treatment. We offer in-house private dental health schemes from Denplan for individuals and families including children. For patients who prefer to pay for their private treatment on a pay-as-you-go basis, payment is required after each treatment appointment. Receipts are available upon request if you wish to claim via your own private dental insurance scheme. We accept cash, cheque or credit card payments. Complex treatment may require a deposit if a dental technician’s fee is involved at the commencement of treatment.
